Return Policy
You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will be responsible for the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect or defective item. Other than that shipping on returns will be your responsibility.
Merchandise items returned without the original packaging intact or where the packaging has been modified in any way may not qualify for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks upon item received at our end, however, in many cases, you may receive a refund sooner.
Please note the transit time for us to receive your “returning item” from the carrier may take 5 to 10 business days, and the time to process your return once received is 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping
We ship to any location Worldwide, but on certain areas where applicable, Receiver will be responsible for duties and taxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options of your choice. Depending on the shipping provider, the estimated dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates may vary depending on the weight of the items. Information on the weight for each item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
